Any activity conducted through your ccjl account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
If you suspect that your ccjl account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ccjl support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. ccjl will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending investigation.
All ccjl accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified for a particular game or promotion.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ccjl reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email or SMS before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed.
ccjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players:
ccjl does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. These payment methods are not supported on the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. ccjl reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. ccjl does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

ccjl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. Bonus funds credited to your ccjl account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
ccjl employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be abusing ccjl bonuses will have their account suspended, all bonus balances forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.
ccjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.
The availability of specific games on the ccjl Platform may vary from time to time due to technical maintenance, licensing restrictions, or regulatory requirements. ccjl does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game title.
In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, ccjl reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect display of winnings, the actual game outcome as recorded on ccjl's servers shall be the definitive record. ccjl's policy is to resolve verified errors in the player's favor where technically determinable.
If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. The outcome will be recorded on ccjl's servers and your account balance will be updated accordingly upon reconnection. ccjl is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
Each game on the ccjl Platform has its own minimum and maximum wager limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Players must wager within these limits. Wagers placed outside the permitted range may be voided at ccjl's discretion.

All content on the ccjl Platform, including but not limited to the ccjl brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of ccjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ccjl Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:
Any unauthorized use of ccjl's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ccjl.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond ccjl's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ccjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ccjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ccjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ccjl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ccjl is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by players on the Platform. Gambling involves risk, and players accept that they may lose the funds they wager. ccjl strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means.
Nothing in this Section limits ccjl's liability for death or personal injury caused by ccjl's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and ccjl, we encourage you to contact ccjl support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. ccjl will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
